Dr. Tran is amazing. She’s very attentive & actually cares about my well health & well being. She listens to your needs & provides a safe space. I recommend her & she’s very nice. She gets the job done. I’m so lucky I got her. All my other primary doctors from Burbank have left & they weren’t as attentive or friendly. & the front desk & nurses are also very nice & patient.

Nurse did my intake, and then none of my problems were discussed when I spoke with the doctor. I was only able to bring one up, and there was no follow up for it, so it was essentially ignored.

Update: they don’t know the difference between optometrist and ophthalmologist. How any of those people are licensed to work in healthcare is beyond me.

Reading other reviews have made me to write an honest review about this place! All inclusive community is not the best clinic you can find but as a medical patient it's one of the best which accepts medical! The staff are kind and helpful & Dr. Krovokian has been my doctor more than 6 years now! She's super kind and caring and I've never had any issues with her or this place.

I see a lot of bad reviews on this place, and maybe they're warranted, but my experience here has been very pleasant. Perhaps since people had a different provider than I have.

When I got there for my morning appointment, the waiting room was almost empty. So, my wait time was not very long. It doesn't look quite as updated as the Burbank location, but it seems clean.

The ladies working the front desk were very nice, as was the nurse that took me inside. Ashley Tran is the PA that treated me. I also was a patient of hers at the Burbank location. She's great and very knowledgeable. Extremely nice personality as well.

Hopefully, other patients future experiences are positive. If I have a different kind of experience in the future, I will update this review.

I wish I could give no stars because this place truly offers one of the worst medical experiences I’ve ever had. I’m a type 1 diabetic and every single time, it takes at least a MONTH to get a prescription refill. They just…don’t answer. Or they’ll “leave a message for the prescription department” and they won’t ever call you back. I can quite literally die from not having these medications. The office staff either has no clue what they’re doing or they’re just rude and dismissive. Dr. Kevorkian will not listen to anything you say, interrupt every sentence you start, nor does she seem particularly qualified as she asked if my insulin brand was my birth control. The terrible attitudes seem to be contagious around the whole staff, and they WILL be annoyed with you for simply asking them to do what they’re there to do. I cannot wait to transfer doctors to the Burbank location, and I’m saying that as someone who can walk to this clinic.

I know it’s state insurance and I’m not expecting top notch care, but they’re negligent and rude AT BEST. Do your best to avoid this place.

Absolutely worst medical care I’ve ever received and the reception staff is a magnitude of terrible I’ve never encountered in a professional environment. It’s unprofessional from the first visit alway the way till the point you need to find a new physician. They’ve lost my disability paper work, had me come in for a visit then told me they were only doing telephone visits… another time I called to see when I could come into give blood and urine and they said on the phone before 1 because that’s when they go to lunch, I show up at 12:15 and the front desk woman says they’ve all gone to lunch come back at 1. Now waiting for my phone call visit that was scheduled for almost an hour ago, so I call the office to make sure it’s happening still and I’m told he still hasn’t got to me. I honestly wonder if they still have my medical records, I brought with me from the hospital. Anyways I’ll be contacting the California Medical Board, Medi-cal, and Medicares consumer report line. To flat out lose paper work and important paper work is negligent. I’m sure they will be fine and lie and say I never left the paper work there, but I hope they know that in there heart of hearts they’re bad at there jobs.
