Terrible customer service. If a package gets lost, it takes way too long for customer service to resolve the issue. I ordered because the price was a bit cheaper than on Amazon, but the item never arrived—even though it shows as delivered. Customer service was rude and just kept telling me to wait. I will never order from them again.

Today while unloading at this warehouse, I came across the laziest warehouse guy ever. Get this – he actually tried to make us truckers unload our own freight! In my twelve years hauling loads coast to coast, I've never seen a dock worker slack off this hard. 👎

The customer service is very poor. They rely on the customer to check the import laws and regulations and charge shipping even if the item never passed customs. They should manage their business and let international customers buy only what can be brought it. Complete laziness.

Response to the retort from the owner : Even though the policy exists, this is a very poor buisness model. Any other competitor will have the import laws in the system and will not let the customer purchase the product.

For the most part, the service is fast and on time except for my last order which took two weeks to get to me for free deliver in 1-5 days which was a FedEx issue that the Company could do nothing about, and they do not honor their 1-5 day shipping with a discount or concession when they fail to honor their word. In fact, the Company does not call the shipper and is of no help to the customer when there are shipping issues related to free shipping. Even when you pay, if there is a shipping issue, the Company still will not help in the situation, therefore, you have to hope that you have more good experiences than bad before deciding to change. As long as you pay for shipping, things seem to go better. This is a bare bones operation which means pricing is very competitive on most items, but no help on shipping issues.

I found this company online and made an order the only and very specific protein powder I consume.
Their price was the absolute cheapest found, by far!
I made my order and received my confirmation number, etc..

AFTER my order was placed I decided to look further into them.
I did find many comments disparaging me from my order and swaying my confidence, however, everything on their end was being upheld.
From confirmation numbers, to emails to order tracking information.

I placed my order yesterday and it arrived TODAY, in less than 24 hours!!

Granted, they are located in Huntington Beach, CA and I am not too far south in San Diego, CA, so the results in delivery time may vary.

But I wanted to leave this review to let everyone know that they can shop with confidence.
My package arrived beyond promptly, I was notified about delivery status every step of the way and it is in pristine shape - not expired product or anything!

I am a very satisfied customer and I absolutely will be returning to fulfill my next order with them when I run out.

I was really satisfied with this company for over the last 3 plus yrs. until over the last 3 months, they hiked the price UP $10.00 on the protein powder that I've been purchasing. Time to look to a different pp or buy it from some place else.

Frankly, the reviews online scared me at first, but the prices kept enticing me to check them out, over and over.....finally... I placed an order for $106 on 11/1/22 and received the items on 11/4/22 in Texas. I'M SHOCKED. I didn't expect it that quick after our phone call right after I placed my order due to trouble making an online account after I had paid for the items. (You're not able to make an account online BEFORE you pay. They say you can make an account after you pay for your order, but there was some glitch but it's worked out now.) While on the phone I asked every question I could think of since there was nothing on the website offering such info. Here it is in case you are wondering: They ship free over $99. If they ship you the wrong item, they will provide a postage paid shipping label if they ask you to return it. They have 2 warehouses on east and west coast. Your order may be pulled from either warehouse depending on stock, meaning you may not receive your entire order in one box. They guarantee their products will be within the expiration date of at least 6 months. The items I received today have expiration dates of 2025. I was told its rare to get items with short expiration dates mentioned above, ..... (I got the feeling he had to draw a line somewhere when I asked that question and pulled 6 months out of thin air to give me answer 😉 They do more than just tape the lids shut, they wrap the entire bottles in bubble wrap. I didn't expect that and I appreciate the attention to detail. I can't speak to the negative reviews of the past, but my guess is they had things to work out and have managed to fix many of the problems I read in older reviews. This was my test of this company and they passed with flying colors. I will order from them again, and if anything changes, will update my review. At this point, I'd say, give them a try! I'm going to recommend them to my friends, too.
