Every time I come this majestic woman, have so much love and patience Marie Clesidor, I hate draining blood, and everyone in the office knows that, and Marie has NEVER complained about me, I have never met a nurse so kind as her, I know when it's time to drain blood, she will do her best to do it as fast and painless as possible.

Such a bad experience all the way around. When you walk in you have to knock on the glass window, hope the staff stops chatting and acknowledge your existence, then they check you in rudely.The doctor feeling he’s God gift to gays jeopardizing my health refusing to switch my med and leaving me for weeks without medication thanks to the lab for losing my results, to the condescending nurse who took the liberty of scheduling my appointments without even consulting with me. Congrats to the pharmacy staff. They’re outstanding.

Everytime I visit Latoya Taylor at reception is so inviting and we always have great conversations. She is so easy to communicate with. You can tell she really cares. Also Dr. Sherlan Thomas is THE Best. I don't know what I'd do if she wasn't here.. The visit never feels forced or rushed. Its like coming in and talking to a homegirl of mine. We have real communication and she always ask me how I'm doing and feeling.This kind of service makes it a pleasure to come here without hesitation. I always feel like I am their only patient. Also Marie, she is definitely my cooler 😆. She's fun to be around. We always have a good laugh. I love the people here. This is what true care is all about. I've never felt neglected here. Always a top priority. Thank you so much for caring for me. Because of them I will continue to care for myself and stay adherent.

I can’t speak for anyone else, but for me, a transwoman who just moved from a blue state to a red one, trying to navigate her healthcare…. I couldn’t have asked for a more positive experience. From contacting Danielle at linkage to the front desk staff, my provider, even the lab tech was amazing and extremely competent and patient focused! NP Thomas is literally the perfect match FOR ME… The blueprint for shattering stigma! Thank you guys for all that you do and for helpings get everything taken care of!

I think (hope) they mean well, but getting medical attention here is dangerous for your health. You can't count on anyone checking your test results and calling you if something is amiss. It's extremely unlikely to get anyone on the phone at the front desk, as they seem to be chronically understaffed. Their normal response is to place you on hold until you abandon all hope and hang up. The pharmacy is the exact opposite - attentive, competent and excellent patient care. My advice is find a good doctor elsewhere and use the pharmacy.
