0- stars: I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the treatment my mother received at this healthcare facility. I attempted to address this directly by calling and asking for a manager, but I received no response.

My mother, who cannot read or write, politely asked for assistance in filling out her paperwork. Instead of receiving kindness and support, receptionist Roberta refused to help and told her she had to do it herself—in an unkind and dismissive manner. There was no courtesy, no compassion, and no attempt to explain any policies regarding assistance.

During the appointment, Dr. Marc Johnson was shockingly rude. When my mother repeated herself a couple of times (which is completely normal in conversation), instead of exercising patience, he questioned her mental stability in a demeaning way.

My mother left the office in tears, feeling humiliated and disrespected. No patient should be treated this way. Healthcare providers should uphold professionalism, empathy, and basic human decency. This experience was the complete opposite.

Shame on this office for treating patients with such disregard. I urge management to address these serious concerns, and I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting this office with their care.

Would’ve gave zero. They’re scammers and rip offs. Gave my husband a dot physical he had to pay over $150 said he needed a sleep apnea test, he got that done. Took it to the dmv the “doctor” put inaccurate dates, had to go back change that, then they said it was only good for three months. We went back three different times between agile and the dmv. Then they said we had to pay for a whole new physical. Makes absolutely no sense seems to be just money hungry. Won’t ever be going here again, should’ve read the previous reviews.

I truly wish I could give - stars. The wait with an appointment is unbelievably long; 3plus hrs waiting to be seen while experiencing severe pain. They do not care if you have or things to do they are happy to keep you waiting as long as they please, they don’t provide updates as to prolonged wait times. When I asked about how much longer the wait would be (12 noon already 1.5 hrs into my appointment time) I told there’re 2 ppl ahead of you… @1:50pm there’s one person I front of you…. So basically an appointment for one patient can run up two hrs, that is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful to ones time. What is the overall purpose of scheduling an appointment in the first place..

I am FCM and I'm in a lot of clinics. The staff are nice and friendly but they are slower than any I've ever been in. We had an 11:45 appointment and it's now 1:00 and still no doctor. MA told us there were still 2 in front of us. Not acceptable!! Sad I visit the Agile Clinics in Sacramento and Stockton and it's never like this.

The doctor I saw was a man and a very arrogant and doesn't have any bedside manners and told me my heart rate was 120 bpm and told me that I could die from that and that only in movies can they bring you back and he knew people that die from that and that if I were his sister I send you to the ER. Who says that!? And then on my paperwork I got he or nurse wrote 89 bpm so which is it? And on top of that he told me that the doctor in Utah was suppose to have done a sleep study and he told me that, that the doctor from Utah was in the wrong for not doing that and that it had been the law for the last 14 years and yet no one made me aware of that. If you are going here for a DOT physical and your overweight and a woman, this Doctor isn't a good one to go to find a different one.

I came to do a DOT physical, and this place is the worst place to go. They gave me an inaccurate reading, saying I had kidney failure, so they only extended it for 3 months. Now I had blood test NOTHING wrong now they wanted me to pay AGAIN. RIP off I do not recommend this place.

Was there for first time getting my DOT Physical done. Everyone was friendly helpful and professional. It was great service. I was away from home and found a place to park my big Semi Truck just past light up from Pinnacle office. Short walk to get my Physical done and then short drive to the DMV from Pinnacle office. It all worked perfect for me! Keep me Trucking to my next load in Los Angeles after that! I recommend Pinnacle to any trucker needing a DOT physical well on the road away from home!

We will be filing a complaint with the medical board of CA. I took my mom there about 4:30 for urgent care and they said they didn't take her insurance. I was just told over the phone they do. So they checked again and said oh we do but we only provide limited service. They sent someone out to take her temp. They tried to say her temp was 104 and she had to go to ER. ER took her temp and it was 97.6. They didn't want to see her because it was so close to closing. Called them back from the ER to let them know she didn't have a fever and no one answered. They closed early I guess.
