Adrian medical pharmacy is a very professional and Efficient pharmacy. They always have my meds ready for me when I come to pick them up. My vitamins are cheaper here than they are at Walmart and Melissa always brightens my day with her beautiful smile.

My doctor uses this pharmacy to have 3 prescriptions mailed to me after my appointments. I have had nothing but problems with that service from this place from day one.

This is the fourth time in as many months where I have not gotten my prescriptions because they failed to fix a recurring problem with their system. A problem that I and they had addressed at length the last time they failed this spectacularly and was assured it was "fixed". Go figure.

I have told my doctor I am no longer willing to use this pharmacy because of their inability to fill prescriptions in a timely manner or contact the patient (ME) when there is an issue, it's not like they didn't have my phone number on file and my email address. They just don't care enough about their customers to bother trying to contact them when there's an issue.

Well not my problem or their profit any longer.

Went here when one of my doctors recommended... was fine at first but the owner start to call me sweetheart which I didn't like at all. He would randomly show up to my house without me knowing I had anything and when i said i would pick them up, he would show up without warning. Would never believe anything my father in law said when he shorted insulin boxes or would accuse him of over taking medication but would believe me and say ok sweetheart. When we transferred out he called my father in law demanding a reason why and being nasty to him. I would never recommend this place. This place does some sketchy things like getting copays down to zero on expensive meds which is not normal (I work in a pharmacy) and also bribes people with free meals to places if they transfer. He has also dispensed the wrong strength of medication to me twice (thankfully nothing too important).

I've had nothing but poor experiences here, lazy people on the phone constantly, giving you the run around on prescription discounts, and poor attitudes. Don't call toward the end of the day or they'll just blow you off. I strongly do not recommend.
