I found this great place, Tier 1, that offers everything "Wellness"
Marty & I have been treated so nice since we cam on board as patients here.
Adam & Laurie, and the staff are great; something for everybody here.
They take Medicare, and unlike most Chiropractors that charge you the fee for an adjustment then reimburse you after Medicare has paid them. Tier 1 has us locked in, and we only pay $9.10 a visit with no drama.
WE both feel great after our visits, and other options are available, like hanging upside down like Rudy Giuliani does in his cave before he goes of tot the Ukraine...you get the idea.
Tier 1 Wellness rocks, and their new location, a work in progress is great; walk the stairs up and you will see, Toby (The Pooch) will great you and lead you to better overall health!

The most amazing wellness center! I commute from an hour away because they are just that good. They have been healing me for years, and I have referred many friends. Hands down the best chiropractic adjustment you’ll ever get, plus the oxygen bar is so helpful in times like these with all the smoke from CA fires.

The pressure plate is therapeutic, the celluma treatments have helped my skin and aches and pains, the cryotherapy has boosted my immune system immensely, followed by their sauna that has helped me achieve deep levels of detoxification that have truly changed my life.

5 star ALERT! Where do I start. Annalise at the front desk is fabulous! Her smile and positive attitude brightens up the room. Dr. Sandahl is great and has so much to offer as far as knowledge on the body and a healthier lifestyle. Their new location in Long Beach is great! After struggling with back issues, every visit I walk out of the office feeling great, along with appropriate posture. I Recommend Tier wellness in the Long Beach area they always seem to be getting better and better every visit!

Dr. Sandahl is the best. I've been seeing him for over 7 years. I love how he adjust more than just your back and neck. He's super nice and knows your body and how to care for it. I love how he gets my neck and back a couple of different ways if needed and along with everything else. You leave feeling great! nothing was missed.
