Walked in and lots of people were in there but they have lots of workers so the wait wasn’t long. I had a great nurse helping me and it was fast and very efficient. Doctor was very nice and explained things to me. Great place!

Even though they, the staff were busy and ran a bit behind, they were still efficient, professional, polite and courteous. I can totally appreciate that in all that we see happening everywhere today. So there’s nothing to complain about 🤗👍🏽

Multiple times we have come to this office and I don’t know why they even bother with appointment times. The first time we waited 1-1/2 hours to be seen. This time my husband had a minor procedure scheduled and it took over an hour to be seen to dilate his eye, another 20 minutes for the next step and when I asked , they still had 6 patients ahead of him for a 20 minute procedure. When I asked initially when he was going to be seen )after waiting an hour) I was told all appointments are expected to wait 30 minutes to an hour past their appointment time to be seen. The front desk people have ZERO PERSONALITY and don’t seem to care- although I’m giving the 3 stars for the actual doctor and the back office people who are great!

All of the staff are friendly and kind. Dr Quach is a fantastic asset to this office. He is thorough, careful, considerate, knowledgeable and he has excellent people skills. I was so glad to have him supervise my eye care. Thank you

I visited this office today for the first time today. I was having issues with floaters. I arrived for my appointment i waited about 10 minutes. Was taken back by a technician who performed all the preliminary procedures Then I waited about 20 minutes for the dilating eye drops to take affect. And Dr. Javidi gave me exam. I experience could not ave been more pleasant. Thank you to the Doctor and staff for being there.

Incompetent administration! I set up an appointment months in advance to make sure I had a time that fit my schedule and they call leaving a message a few weeks in advance that they are cancelling the appointment. No explanation at the time, no rescheduling with another doctor. I tried multiple times to call their existing patient number but they never pick up so I had to use the new patient option to get a response. They then tell me I was assigned to a doctor that no longer works there so then they said they set me up with another doctor that same day as the original appointment. Everything seems fine so I take off work and show up at my appointed time...only to get told there is no record of my appointment! So, they kick me out again multiple weeks and we'll see what "excuse" they have when I show up. To make matters worse, their website still shows the doctor that no longer works there. Obviously frustrated that I wasted my time off work and have little confidence they'll keep the next appointment during the holidays so I am looking for someone else that can manage the simple task of tracking appointments.

First time patient with my daughter, we had excellent service from the sign in to the end of the exam. The nurse who started our exam and Dr.Q were magnificent we had a great experience.

First of they are acomodating and welcoming, from the receptionist to every other staff. I had to go with my kids cos school was closed. They didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. Aleandra atended to me and i felt so at ease with her. They were very detailed in explanations .
