There is no one working here that can make an independent decision. We purchased a plumbing part suggested by an Ace associate and that $20.00 part did not work, so we went back, got the correct part at $10.00 and since we didn't have the receipt could not return the original part and associate even suggested that without the receipt they can't verify we got it there suggesting to me that we were being dishonest. They can't look up anything by the membership number, not the receipt or even that we spend a lot of money there.

They used to have great service and competent managers that found the customer to be important.

I thank them very much for helping us to make a final decision to shop Agua Dulce Hardware or make to trip to Santa Clarita or Antelope Valley. I will never step foot in this mismanaged place again.

Other then high prices10 nuts at Lowe's the price of 4 at Ace. They can't get the hours changed on the Ace website or Google. Sounds like it's been an issue for at least 2 years. Hours on the door. And employees showing up 2 minutes before opening

Mark is very helpful and knowledgeable. Very glad he was able to help. This place has quite a bit of stuff maybe not everything you need but it may just save you a trip to best buy!

This is a nice hardware store in Acton. The staff are friendly and the store is in nice condition. There's a good assortment for all your hardware needs. I will go back again when I have a need for their products.
