I’ve been waiting for my prescription for 4 months now. I’ve spent 5 hours on the phone trying to get things straightened out, I’ve gone through 3 pre authorizations and I have yet to receive my first dose from them even though insurance has approved and my doctors been actively working with them. I can’t even log into the app to manage my account because they can’t even get my first dose with script number. Very frustrating and ACCREDO has repeatedly dropped the ball with no communication to the patient on what’s going on. I’ve worked with several specialty pharmacies over this years and this one has been the absolute worst 10 times over. One star is too generous.

One of the worst Pharmacies. The google reviews are pretty accurate. This pharmacy is part of Cigna insurance. I was with Cigna insurance through my employer and the insurance forces me to go to Accredo. Its been 5 months, they have not sent my prescription. On top of it, they give false information and they lie. Cigna is using this pharmacy to avoid prescription or delay prescription as much as possible.

This is the worst pharmacy of all time. We only use them as it is literally the only pharmacy that our insurance covers and carries the specific seizure medication my son requires. Our son was having 200 seizures a DAY. Insurance initially denied coverage of the medication so we paid cash, Accredo immediately removed the funds from our account but refused to send the medication due to insurance denying it. We’ve already paid so there should be no issue! We called them and spent HOURS on the phone for WEEKS, each time they said oh it looks like insurance denied it, so then they claimed to remove insurance from our account. Same issue still keeps happening. Finally we get the medication, but they had charged us twice! We then spent a week and hours on the phone to get our money back. Next month insurance is covering it, there is no copay. Third month there is suddenly a $40 copay and can’t explain why it’s different than last month. Again multiple more hours of my life wasted away to find they supposedly charged us last month although I can’t find the charge and was not told of one. I’ve given up. This pharmacy should be reported to the BBB as a scam, unfortunately the US has created so many restrictions on medications we are stuck using businesses like Accredo for life changing medicines that hopefully you will ever receive from their poor customer care.

This place is absolutely awful. They have issues shipping my medication almost every single month, which causes real problems for me. However my doctors office is forced to use them, and it honestly ruins my life. I don't have a choice otherwise I would pay 100x as much to use ANY other pharmacy. I just want them to know the damage they have done to me by repeatedly being unable to ship my medication on time, which I depend on to live my life and be a functional person.

Avoid this company like the plague. They are terrible with communication, canceled multiple of my orders last minute and without notifying me and have no regard for their customers or their health. I switched to CVS specialty pharmacy which is more intuitive, user friendly, and they call you when theres an issue with your order to fix it ASAP.

Do not use this pharmacy! They are the worst! The customer service reps range from very nice to totally disengaged, but they cannot get anything done. Two months in a row I missed my medication doses because they couldn't get my order processed. I spent 4 hours on the phone the first time and almost 2 hours the second time and as of today I still don't have my medication. Totally incompetent.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever used. I can't order refills due to a balance that I've told them repeatedly to forward to my insurance and SAVE ON but apparently that's too difficult to do. I was told that my refills wouldn't be sent due to this balance. How is this even legal I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and can't function without my specialty meds. I've had several dropped calls recently and their reps never call me back. I'm stuck using this pharmacy and can't switch to another one due to my insurance.

I used to think it was so cheesy when people say, “If I could give this 0 stars, I would,” because isn’t it obvious what 1/5 stars means? But I actually think I might understand the sentiment now.

Worst healthcare experience of my life. I, unfortunately, did not have the option to choose a pharmacy and was forced to work with Accredo. If you have the choice, don’t choose Accredo.

My experience mirrors a lot of the other reviews. They dropped the ball on switching my insurance, keep filing claims with my insurance company that are getting rejected, ignore why they are being rejected and blindly resubmit, their various departments don’t seem to talk to each other about anything, they promise to expedite claims and I never hear from them about those, but they call or text me every 3 days that the medication is ready to be filled or scheduled and it never actually is. And if you noticed all of this is in the present tense, that’s because my issue is still not resolved and I’m going on one month without my medication, impacting my life in real, serious ways. I genuinely don’t know what else I can do at this point. If daily calls and dozens of hours of time spent on the phone by both myself AND my doctor’s office couldn’t get it done, I truly don’t know what will.
