I came here today with my son. For the first time ever. The doctor told me i have been here before she recognized my daughter and i have never been to this clinic. The docter I seen was very rude to me. She didn't knock when she came in, swung the door open and almost hit my son with it and proceeds to tell me i need to pay attention. She wouldn't listen to anything I had to say about my sons medical history. I was trying to tell her a certain antibiotic doesn't help my sons ear infections. He's had alot in the past and Amoxicillin does not work, she was very rude and told me well thats what hes going to take. I normally wouldn't go to this clinic but his doctors was closed. He is very sick. She keep talking to me like I was stupid, her body language made me feel like she was judging my parenting. When I was just trying to help my son before Monday. If you have kids do not go to this clinic they do not know how to treat you or your kids.

Excellent staff. The doctor explained things in a way i could easily understand and seemed to genuinely care about my health — which is very rare. I was seen quickly and, after many years of feeling like a number with a checkbook, felt like i was in good hands. I’ll definitely go back.

Tried this place a few times and DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Rude, rude, rude girl at the front desk. Here a week ago, still on antibiotics and trying to get a different kind, obviously not working and they won’t help.

I’m new to Arkansas, but so glad that I accidentally ended up at your urgent care.

From the receptionist, to the nurse, and finally Dr. Justina Arriaza; everyone was so attentive, caring, and professional.

I came in with extreme shoulder pain, and very high blood pressure.
Amazingly enough, my shoulder pain is so minimal now that yesterday at the physical therapy, I could hardly feel any pain.
That is without any pain medication.

Friday, October 11, 2024. Arrived at 1145 am. Was told no provider at the office today. Nurse practitioner could be called/texted. Staff at window made up about every excuse for me not have them text the NP. Asked if they would text anyways. Normal allergies and sinus issues. Just wanted antibiotics. No response from NP after some time. Staff very condescending while conversing. I’m an unclear why the office would be open if there is no one present to check patients.

The staff were all welcoming and kind. The NP Melissa was a Godsend. She understood I needed to get better fast. She was kind, efficient and I felt very competent in her knowledge and skill. Very clean new clinic.. Open til 8, which is amazing!.
