They lie and say they don’t have stock and then my doctor would call them and somehow they would miraculously have it in stock. Nowadays they’re always giving me the run around, you can never get a straight answer and they are totally unreliable. Now they refuse to fill my prescription altogether. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never use this pharmacy again! They’re liars.

Another month of late deliveries and they keep telling me that the driver has been contacting me but I have no missed calls. Even though it's nice that they deliver I'm thinking it's better to switch to a closer pharmacy here that I can go pick up the medication whens it's refilled.

medication is consistently late. Requires multiple calls and follow ups with them to making sure they are doing what they should be. The worst part is that my medication is for blood pressure and it really isn't something that can be put off. Definitely switching service immediately. Would not recommend.

My medicine is always late with bogus excuses I’m thinking of switching pharmacies I have a disability that requires my medicine and I cannot miss any days. Another bad news report from alpha pharmacy of my medicine being late. Can’t catch a break!!!

Descent service, just a lil to slow for me when it comes to deliveries and I stay across the street.
