My boyfriend and I received a massage here . I have to say we were a little disappointed . When filling out paperwork we checked the areas we wanted massaged, but it was so weird because they didn’t even do some of the areas we checked . They also gave a lazy massage. I was really looking forward to her targeting my neck and shoulders since she asked me what area she should target but she didn’t put any effort . She massaged my neck for like 30 sec the whole massage . Didn’t massage my whole body , just I guess whatever she felt was needed . We paid $200 but def didn’t get our moneys worth. Other than that the people were super kind and respectful.

Yin is one of the better massage therapists here. She does require and extra charge because she has additional skills but I think its well worth the massage I receive from her. She is always full of energy no matter what time of day. has strong hands and does a great job. She takes here time and listens you your needs. I came in post of knee surgery and she was able to work around the injury and brace and I came out feeling much more relaxed and with less tension.

I'm from San Diego I was working out of town I was staying in San Ramon needed to get a massage after being there for 2 weeks I decided to give Elements Massage a try, best decision I ever made?. Angelina at the front desk was great very prompt & always greets everyone with a great attitude. Sammi gave me a deep tissue massage & cupping you need to sign a disclaimer before she works on you she's a beast lol just kidding she's great. Min gave me a deep tissue massage as well both very well qualified thank you to your maseuse staff for helping me out I appreciate it if I ever make it up & in the area I will definitely book an appointment ?

Initially, I approached my visits with skepticism due to mixed reviews and past experiences of feeling rushed at other local spas. However, I remained determined to form a fair assessment through multiple visits.

Over the past 2-3 months, I've consistently experienced utmost satisfaction. The front desk staff are not only welcoming but also attentive, always offering water and engaging in pleasant conversation while I await my massage therapist.

Speaking of therapists, both Min and Sammi have exceeded my expectations. They take the time to understand my concerns prior to each session, ensuring constant communication throughout the massage to gauge pressure levels. Their post-massage feedback and recommendations have been invaluable, especially considering my history of major neck surgery in 2018. Massage therapy plays a crucial role in my recovery and maintenance, and their dedication to effective communication underscores their commitment to holistic wellness.
