A very lit organized, and Oriental Chinese herbal store. Stopped here for some ginseng tea... This store brought back the memories growing up in SF Chinatown... Owner/Customer service was friendly and great. Will come back again.

"缺斤少两！"Totally agree with this review. I have had exactly the same experience! Weigh your herbal medicine ever bought from this store, especially the expensive kinds! I happened to weigh my herb medicine bags and noticed they did not give me the amount I paid for. The total weight is less than the prescription! I then measured each kind of herbs in the bags and I'm shocked to find out they cut down 1/3 of the most expensive herb in each bag of my medication! Cannot believe it! I wish I have checked the review earlier. Can not agree with it more. "This isn't just a trust issue, this is actually a legal issue, cutting down portions of medication can have serious effects, this is NOT OK and they can have their business licenses revoked over this!" Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. The right dosage is crucial for treatment. It's unethical and unscrupulous to make a profit like that!

缺斤少两！！Go and weigh everything you ever bought from this store! I've been coming here for over a year now and never thought to weigh my herbs, but a friend of mine told me that they are known to give you a fraction of what you paid for so out of curiosity I measured my herbs, which were supposed to be 35grams per bag, instead I got 12-16gram bags. This isn't just a trust issue, this is actually a legal issue, cutting down portions of medication can have serious effects, this is NOT OK and they can have their business licenses revoked over this!
