Another wonderful store to visit when passing through Big Bear Lake is this small shop located on Village Drive. Now for us, this is probably not the best place for us to spend too much time or money on, but it sure is fun to visit and take in all the delectable sights. If you have a sweet tooth, then this shop is an absolute must while in town. There are barrels upon barrels of candies of all sorts as well individual pieces of chocolates and do not even get me started on the saltwater taffy. All we know for a fact is, this is the place in town for those who love candy. And what makes this shop even better was the friendly and helpful staff who will make sure you find that special treat. Enjoy.

Chocolates are pretty and good, the irange peel is outstanding and the hard caramels with cashews or almonds or peanuts or oh my gosh, coconut cashew brittle!
Took home enough for our sweet tooth.

We came to this candy shop while we were up in big Bear for Christmas break. Just remember that when you come to the village during Christmas break that it’s going to be busier than usual.
Now I’m super impressed that everything that this candy shop had. There were so many different kinds of candy for my children to look at. They literally have buckets of candy on the ground.
One of the things that I got while I was here was some salt water taffy. They have a lot of different flavors of salt water taffy that you can get. They even have a whole wall dedicated to international food. And they have a bunch of has candy available also.
I noticed two that it looked like it had a section where you have chocolate covered cherries, and other types of food like that. If you’re in big bear, go ahead and check this out.

While having lunch nearby on Labor Day weekend, we ran into the owner of this shop on her break. We had great conversation and learned she had a sweets store down the way. After we finished eating we went to her shop and loaded up! They have a great selection of all the classics with plenty of new and different treats. We bought a bunch of truffles and assorted candies which didn’t last long on our weekend camping trip…delicious! Excellent service from the staff here.

This was the cutest candy shop! A variety of snacks, hard to find nostalgia sweets and fun toys. The owners were super friendly. They handed out otter pops for the 4th of July! ❤️ So fun! Will come back here again for sure.

Their Gelato case was calling on this hot summer day, a free sample of a banana and chocolate, I mentioned my favorite favor is Chocolate Orange, hardly ever found in the states, but in Italy it’s everywhere! She said “hold on, I’ve got a treat” and next thing I know, dark chocolate gelato with 2 candied oranges placed in it! Best day ever! Thank you for going the extra mile! Best customer service ever!
