I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alison as she has impacted my life so greatly with her massive ability as a healer and spiritual guide. I began to see Alison 3 years ago because I had been dealing with emotional issues and trauma that seemed to overtake my life and cause endless amounts of anxiety, doubt and sadness through years of internal conflict. I had been in traditional talk-therapy for awhile but just wasn't getting any relief - Alison showed me the path to go deeper. The instant I met her I felt she truly understood me and as we begun working together I was held in her light and wisdom. She helped me reach inside and see the tangled roots of my emotional issues that had been causing me pain and through her amazing ability to connect I was able to unwind the trauma. I now feel more empowered and aligned with myself and less burdened emotionally. I live a life much lighter and happier as Alison has given me the tools to see the grace and calm in my own life. She's such a beautiful person and I owe her an immense amount of gratitude!
