Dr Hana and his staff have treated me with a lot of decency and kindness. He's patient with answering my questions, remembers details about my life and health, and is always very kind. This is one of the few doctors where I don't feel rushed with as well. I also appreciate that he has a background in accupucture, so he has many ways he can help me when I come to him with an ailment. I really can't recommend Dr. Hana enough!

This doctor will blame all your ailments on weight. If you have COVID, lose weight, if you have a rash, lose weight. The only people Dr. Hana seems interested in helping are healthy ppl. Also, be VERY CAREFUL, about what information you give them. My health information was sent to another patient!!!

I hate to leave such a poor review; I don't think Dr. Hana is terrible, but unfortunately, his staff are not very good. Last year i had an appointment with Dr. Hana, but unfortunately the day of, I came down with sniffles and a head cold. I called up the receptionist and told them I thought I shouldn't come in, because I thought I might have COVID, fully expecting them to be understanding, do the safe thing and reschedule me for another day.

Unfortunately, what I got was anything but understanding. The lady on the other end snapped and me and told me I'd have to pay the full price of the visit if I cancelled so soon before the appointment. I responded in bewilderment that I would be exposing the staff and clients to COVID if I came in. She said "wear a mask." I was astounded; yes, masks are somewhat helpful, but obviously the thing to do when you suspect you have COVID symptoms is to isolate!

I didn't come in. Because I didn't want to get everyone sick, they charged me the entire fee of the appointment. They also charged me a monthly subscription fee. Everything about this was disappointing.

Amazing, the BEST doctor ever!!! Dr Hana is so sweet and warm and really cares about his patients!! Their new office is so clean and nice!! I'v been also taking guided imagery classes they offer and it has been great. I feel calmer and more relaxed. It is very rare to see a doctor's office offering well being classes and I really admire his vision. Dr Hana would be the only primary doctor I would wanna see!
