Troy is amazing! He is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. He really listens to what you have to say about your body and your life experiences and explains how it is all connected. He truly wants to help people feel better and whole. Working with him has been life changing, I can feel my body moving towards homeostasis. Sometimes the work is difficult but Troy is always checking in about pressure and your comfort. He seems to constantly want to learn more and add to his knowledge and practice. He works out of this very cool building full of different practitioners and artists, all tiny businesses.

Troy is the BEST. I was looking for a very specific type of pressure point massage like Shiatsu, and Troy is the best practitioner I've worked with. My husband and I get a lot of strain in our neck, back, hips... and Troy has been a miracle worker. A lot of our chronic aches and pains are gone. He is careful and attentive, and really goes in deep to address the source of issues. He has even discovered tightness that we didn't realize was there until he provided so much relief!

Troy is a brilliant mind, a good friend, and a genuinely and absolutely kind person. He is an expert in traditional shiatsu. He has helped me and many of my loved ones easy their pain, grief, and tension even in just one session, and gets through even to the skeptical. Many will call the practice painful, but indeed it’s more like intense pressure. For many it is a last resort and saving grace, but if you are lucky enough to find shiatsu at the beginning of your healing journey you are in the best hands here. I would recommend Troy to anyone, any age, any issue.

I really appreciated that Troy accurately found an old injury that was still affecting my back and shoulder. He didn’t hesitate to get right into it. I felt like a brand new person for a couple of weeks after the first session! I also booked a session for my sister. Troy did a uniquely tailored session for her needs. Troy is more than a shiatsu/massage therapist. He truly understands and accesses the, I guess I can say, the energetic body and deeper levels. I was new to Shiatsu after trying out several other modalities to remedy an ongoing shoulder issue. Troy gave me a quick sample of what to expect, and I immediately knew I’d found the solution. True Shiatsu is not for the timid, it’s what I can only describe as a full-body reset. However Troy guided me through the process and openly shared his knowledge. His professionalism assured me and created a comfortable environment, and overall provided long-lasting results.
