The best massage EVER with Chris! I receive regular massage therapy for a back condition. Scheduled spa massage treatment during an overnight stay while traveling. I'm not kidding. The BEST massage I've ever had. My regular therapist is 4+ hours away and is gonna be jealous I rated this so high!

I had a Mama Goddess massage (prenatal) with Ruth and she made me feel like a goddess indeed! I’ve had many massages in many different countries and my level of scrutiny is very high. She didn’t disappoint and I can’t wait to visit the spa on a regular basis. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive, Jerry at the tea bar was awesome, and the amenities left me feeling extremely relaxed. I almost forgot, the food is so yummy - toast is out of this world! The warm meditation pool felt amazing, and I can’t wait to see what their new amenities that are currently being remodeled are like when I return in Sept. Thank you for a blissful day ✨

I've been lucky enough to visit Cavallo Point Spa three times in the last 18 months. The massage is always amazing (shout out to Helena!) but I have to say the amenities don't add up to what I would expect given the price point. The meditation pool outside is lovely, but the sauna and jacuzzi are small and always crowded. I also find the women's locker room to be a crowded layout.

I thought this place was fine. The facilities seem dated and the locker rooms are cramped. Please get digital lockers, when I go to the spa I lack the mental capacity to figure out to use a complicated manual lock. My deep tissue massage was good, I felt kind of rushed in and out. The specialist didn't really chat afterwards, he was onto the next. Showers were gross at the end of the night and I think with prices they could offer another little snack instead of just apples. Paying $9 for a specialty bag of tea feels criminal from their 'tea bar'. I also didn't appreciate the time limit, again felt rushed in and out. I, for one, will not be rushing back.

The service was very mediocre. We had a problem with TV. The technician came, he tried to fix the issue but after 10 minutes trying he said he needed around 20 more minutes. I asked him to come back later,
we were getting ready to leave to Sausalito. We came back in the late afternoon and realized he never came back.
The service ant the front desk was average and the hostess of the restaurants below average. My husband and I were deciding in which of the two restaurants we were going to eat and the hostess without any patience just took off to the restaurant she wanted.
The waiters also below average. They just take decisions for you without asking.
The only good service we received was from the valet parking.

Since being out in New York at Exhale Spa under the Virgin and experiencing Himalayan salt lounge with 0 gravity, leg compression, and red light face massager, I've been trying to find something like it in the Bay. Luckily, my friend and his girl celebrated his birthday and they shared that there is Himalayan salt rock massage, which I had to experience and I'm grateful I did! It was the best massage! I had never tried it, along with the meditation heated 4' pool, which was very peaceful and relaxing! Highly recommend!

I am leaving a 1 star review because of the terrible customer service I received. I was scheduled for a Prenatal Massage (with a therapist that was absolutely phenomenal), and was unable to attend due to having had sudden onset Eclampsia and needing an emergency C Section. I was unconscious for this C Section, and did not wake up from my coma until April 13th (the day of my appointment). My memory was very foggy but I after I realized what day it was, I asked a family member to call Cavallo Point and explain why I was a no-show. Unfortunately we weren't able to call before the appointment, but we still called day-of. It was my understanding that because I had a near death experience, and was unconscious during the time window outlined in the cancellation policy, that I would not be charged for the massage, but then when I was checking my expenses weeks later I noticed that I was charged. So I called Cavallo Point again, and did my best to explain the situation, and they still would not give me a refund. Because of this, I will not be returning to Cavallo Point, which is so sad - because I always loved the treatments, facilities, and therapists there.
