First appointment was nice. Waited a month before calling and asking. Snippy response from the person on the phone saying we will call if they come. My husband called two weeks later my glasses were just sitting there. They were rude and nasty about any questions I asked. Still 3 months out and don't have my safety glasses for work. Had to adjust my own glasses since the old ladies can't even see themselves that they needed adjusted. Won't be back. Only came here because everyone else was booked up. Now I see why they had so many openings. Never again. Won't be making any appointments for my family or special needs son with how they treat people. I pay money for my stuff so I don't need the extra static.

This place is awesome!! This is my third time coming after both my children have broken their glasses and it didn't matter that it was 2 minutes before closing... not only were they exceptionally nice and understanding, but they made it possible for my kids to have them replaced same day. The Dr and office staff is understanding and caring!!! I recommended this office, especially if you have small children!!

I called and confirmed they took my vision insurance before I made an appointment and I was told they do. All I needed were new glasses. I took time off of work and showed up for my appointment. The lady at the front insisted she needed my medical card and didn’t need my vision. I asked her if she was sure she didn’t need my vision insurance and that I had it pulled up on my phone to give to her and she said she didn’t, that medical was the most important. When I was doing some tests with the tech, the front desk lady came in and stated that she can’t find my information for my vision. I pulled up the information on my phone with my vision information and she stated “oh we don’t take that”. She suggested for me to pay out of pocket or come up with something that they could bill my medical insurance for - such as make up that I have headaches. I told her my vision was confirmed when I called to schedule and she stated she didn’t make my appointment and told me it would be out of pocket. I canceled the appointment and wouldn’t recommend this place if you are unsure if they take your vision as it doesn’t seem they will truly check until you have to pay for it out of your own pocket.

Purchased a new set of eyeglasses from them just a day ago, and the receptionist sweared up and down that they would be able to get them done the very next day I call them the next day to find out their glass cutter isn't going to be there and the receptionist got very snippy with me I've already paid for them still waiting on them.

I would not recommend this place, the optician is fine, but the office needs to improve their customer service. I made appointment for my grandchildren because their insurance as accepted here, and I hoped it would be better than Walmart.
They have half their glasses in several bins for you to choose from all mixed up men's, women's and children's. Like the sunglass bin at a thrift store. No one offered to fit the glasses, or show us how to take clean and take care of the glasses or a case to store them in. Until I requested each, then we got the rush job and the glasses were not properly fitted, like i am used to at my vision center.

Had a horrible experience, I called today to get my eye prescription and they would not tell me the information from a previously paid for eye exam unless I bought their contacts or their glasses. I was then told that if I had a problem that I could wait for their manager to come back from vacation in 2 weeks when I need the information now and was put on hold several times without them telling me and at the end they hung up on me after I was civil and just asking questions. Most definitely will not be going back.
