I haven't had any good massage for over 2 years ! I checked Yelp there are so many massage saps around where I live and work in San Carlos. I chose the one which got the very good reviews. And only 1 minute driver from my work.

I was little nervous about having a gentlemen to help me with a full body hot stone massage.

However, he is the very best I ever had so far. Sunny was very friendly and very professional. He did a wonderful job to help me with my pain around my neck and shoulders. I felt very comfortable and relaxed.

I was super tired and couldn't even walk after a long day work ( 10 hours ) but with his help, I felt so much better afterward.

I highly recommended the hot stone massage here.

I am so happy to have found such a wonderful massage studio close to home. I’ve been coming here for over a year and every masseuse and massage I’ve had has been excellent. Their signature massage is the perfect blend of gentle Swedish style strokes and Thai style stretching to relax your mind and release tension in your body. The space is calming and clean. Booking is quick and easy by text message. The staff is very professional and friendly. And the tea and chocolate at the end is a nice touch. Not to mention their rates are very reasonable. I highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here somewhere between 2021/2022. I recently moved to the East Bay and I still drive out there for them. Every experience has been nothing short of amazing. I leave feeling so much better than I did when I walked in. I’ve had multiple masseuses and each one of them has been great! It’s easy to book. All I do is call. If they don’t answer, leave a voicemail with your info and they will call back. They send reminders the day of and a few hours before your scheduled time to confirm your appointment which is nice. Their service is great from start to finish. I get the Sukhothai Signature. It’s a combo of traditional Thai and Swedish massage I think. It’s amazing. You can add on more time. For a rough estimate, I was quoted $148/90 minutes for the Sukhothai Signature. Price could vary. I added in a photo for recommended gratuity per time limit. I believe they do such an outstanding job that they deserve a great tip. They also offer water/tea post massage with a little snack 🙂 it’s the little things for me! Thank you Sukhothai!

I have been coming to this massage center for almost two years. All of them are very friendly and professional. Rosa is the one whom I get a massage with her. She is very professional and after a few sessions, she correctly identifies which part of the body has cramps and needs a massage.

First time coming here and it was phenomenal! Anna was amazing. I have never had such a thorough deep tissue massage that was equally relaxing. I’ve seen many CMT’s and Anna takes the cake! She reversed so much pain and knots in my back. I will be back.

I wouldn’t recommend going to this massage place. Go find a better place! I called them, tried to make an appointment, and canceled the appointment in advance because of medical reason (I specifically mentioned my condition on the phone and it’s not a last minute cancellation though)! I called them at few times until the finally answered my call. The next day I called again, they asked me to pay a deposit which is the same rate as the hourly rate of $99 if I want to secure the appointment. They said that they are afraid of having no-show. I’m always committed to go to massage appointments because I respect their time. Anyways, I offered my credit card info (which I don’t usually do), and agreed that they can charge me if I don’t show up. They declined and said that I need to pay the FULL amount of the massage fee upfront. This is ridiculous!

I usually don’t write any reviews on Google. I’ve been to many massage places and I tipped massage therapists well. Please don’t go to this place and go find a better place!

I hope the store owner can see this review. As someone who is pregnant and wants to support local businesses, this is not how you treat your customer and do business. Apparently, they don’t value customers.

Also, the store owner responded to my review. She/he mentioned about the cancellation policy. I have neither been informed about the cancellation policy on the phone when I made the appointment nor received any confirmation text messages. How can a new customer agree to the cancellation policy when he or she has never been informed?

I have had a regular therapeutic massage here as well as a hot stone massage and both were very relaxing. I am partial to the hot stone massage since I get cold easily and the hot stones being rolled on my back felt amazing. The room space and the waiting area are not that large, but this place is competitively priced and everything is clean. I was also given some herbal tea and a biscuit at the end of my massage. Tips in cash are appreciated but I didn't have cash on me at one point so I was able to tip with my card.

It doesn’t get better than this place! Yaya and Sunny (sp?) are both very skilled and intuitive healers. We literally had 2 of the best massages ever! We’ve tried many places but this one is special and transformative for the mind, body and soul. We are grateful!
