I came here to do my TB skin test. The online appointment system works great. Although, there were walk-ins ahead of me when I walked in, Terrence immediately told the others that I had an appointment and did my test right away. He was quick, competent and very professional. I hardly felt the needle. All follow-on instructions were very clear. They also do Livescans. Wish I had known this so I could have taken care of health and screening requirements at the same time.

I went to this facility to have my physical, drug screen, and live scan (finger print) the service I received from LVN ,Terrence was great ! He is professional, kind and efficient! Also, the service was quick and precise! All my test was done in one place! I highly recommend this place for any employment screening test! Thanks, LVN-Terence keep up the good work!

Claims to offer instant results and customizable services. This is simply false advertising and no clarification is provided. Tried calling their phone number and speaking to customer service. That person also thought they provided what I had requested.
So Wellness Mart' policy isn't aligned with their website or their customer service reps. Yikes.
The guy at the front desk (Terrence) was super professional though!

Got TB test and Live scan done here today, the experience is much greater than my 1st time here 2-year ago. Especially Terrence who helped us out was very professional, efficient by giving us all relevant information, thank you, Terrence!
