I am so happy that I did the BeBalanced program with Sophia. I was able to balance my hormones and lose weight. My energy levels are much better. My attitude is better as well. Even though I have toyed with eating other items, I can tell that certain foods affect me in a different way so then I return to my BeBalanced training. I’m also happy that I can stop in or text my consultant at anytime to get some encouragement or get more supplements.

I have been thoroughly pleased with this program!! Yes, I put in the work, but the staff are great and very supportive throughout the process. I have lost 16 pounds total as of today and am still working to lose about 5 more. Whenever a question arises, I would call or text and the Be Balanced team was quick to respond or get me the help I needed. I have MS and deal with medication that causes weight gain. I also HATE working out but am a first-grade teacher and am VERY active. I can easily transition to the maintenance phase and see myself being successful with this lifestyle of healthy living - eating better and getting more active. THIS PROGRAM IS THE BOMB! This is the first time a program has worked for me, and I feel like I’ve tried them all! I’ve lost over 22 pounds, I feel great and my energy is through the roof. And the coaches are AMAZING! They support and guide you through the program with the intent of setting you up to succeed! I’m very thankful for them! The program is incredibly challenging with all of the food restrictions for the first month, but so worth it! The staff is supportive and helpful throughout the entire process. I lost 20 pounds and feel better than ever. 6 months later, I have been able to keep the weight off with the lifestyle changes I learned throughout the program.
