The first time I stopped at this Grocery Outlet usually I go to the one in Merced because I live in Merced I was told the one in Atwater was better. I couldn't say that it's better. It is just as great. I love grocery outlet and it is usually my first stop when I'm getting groceries.

the new ownership is not as good. please bring back the fig bars gluten free. also prices are higher than merced and selection not that good. please help! also poor selection of almond milk

I just had a bad experience here at this store & of all people to discriminate me it had to be the female manager. So im a mexican man fully covered from the neck down in tattoos & right when she seen me it was a no go. I didnt belong & I automatically in her mind became a thief & i just walked in. So long story short i caught her following me thinking im going to steal & i tricked her made her think i went into a different isle & when i never went into that isle she double backed & seen what i did & she got embarrassed because i confronted her & she said no she wasnt discriminating me, but she was i get it all the time & mind you prior to me tricking her i caught her standing at one end of the isle staring at me but trying to play it off like she was doing inventory. I knew what she was thinking about me but i had to be certain so tricked her & then caught her & when i confronted her she denied, denied, denied which is obvious who wants to lose there job ?!! Also when ppl get caught they go into defensive mode & that didnt work with me because i was as polite as possible just got a little choked up because i get discriminated all the time & that one just got to me after so long of dealing with that stuff. So even with me speaking to the managers staff they wouldnt even say anything but they also didnt say i was in the wrong only the manager did ? I even apologized for causing a stir but i just dont agree with that type of treatment towards ppl with tattoos. Im a good guy & i even told them if yall see me again please be respectful im no thief!! Either way to the workers there dont allow your manager to treat ppl that look different in that manner do better grocery outlet!! Well do better manager the workers were cool!!

The store is cleaner than the Merced location and in a more desirable area but the employees are like zombies and not so friendly. The Merced location has the sweetest employees.

Let's just say,Grocery Outlet has outstanding customer service and better selection on flowers that aren't almost ready to throw away like SaveMart here in Atwater. Thank you Grocery Outlet for have a world class customer service and experience in your store. You should train savemart how it should be done.

Low prices get that food and cook it as fast as possible cuz I do believe they sell food out of a date but still pretty good

I can't believe what great deal this store has.I found what I was looking for and then more at great prices. I also have met some very nice folks that were shopping there too. The folks that work there are very polite and friendly great attitudes and seem to be really happy with their work.
