How not to run a business. They never get my prescription refilled on time, and this time the fact they are so late, is causing me health issues. I tried calling my doctor to ask what the problem is, they said call the pharmacist, the pharmacist NEVER answers the phone so I tried the automated "refill my prescription" feature, it doesn't work, I went in to figure it out in person.....After waiting in a half hour long line, I was told by a rude employee that "that feature never works" and that "I should know that by now." I was told that I should just be patient! When I told them I had run out of my prescription days ago, they said "why didn't I come in sooner?" I'm surprised someone hasn't died because of this places incompetence. Horrible place. Rude, unhelpful employees that literally don't care.

Please don’t choose them as your pharmacy. For your own sake and because they can’t handle the amount of people they have now they don’t need any more. Rite aid needs to work on it’s incentivizing to be able to hire more pharmacists. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I was on hold for ten minutes, stayed on hold while I drove here to talk in person, then waited in a 15 person line for 20 minutes before I had to just give up. I’m 100% switching back to cvs because even the other rite aid locations I’ve tried are pretty bad. But this one is exceptionally so.

Pharmacy is grossly understaffed, meaning prescriptions take days or weeks to be refilled. Negative reviews regarding this go back for months, it's evident that Rite Aid doesn't care.

They've been good about my ptsd, but that's the only plus. Their prescriptions are overpriced compared to pretty much any other pharmacy. Getting refills is also a pain in the a. Honestly I only use them because I haven't found another pharmacy in Ashland. I wish they'd get bought out by some other pharmacy.

I tried maybe twenty times to call them to confirm that the prescription was ready before I went to pick it up my prescription, but the phone was never answered. The prescription was called in six days before I went to pick it up. Without knowing for sure if it was ready I waited in line for half an hour, hoping for the best. Rite aid gets a lower rating for not answering their phone. The rating goes down again for the half hour wait. I was spoiled by Bi-Mart that always answered the phone, never had a long line, and the pharmacists always had the time to answer questions. This is DEFINITELY not Bi-Mart.

They have a sign to shop quickly but then they make you wait in a line for 15 minutes. I am not comfortable with it, giving up and switching to mail order for my meds.
