My husband and I have been going to Healthy Connections for over 10 years, when we didn’t have insurance we qualified for the sliding scale and it was a tremendous help. It made the difference in getting medical care or not.
Carolin Hockersmith APRN has been our primary care giver and she has always provided top notch care. The staff is always friendly but professional.

Apparently their rules have changed adn now they're only allowed 20 minutes with their patient. Thats not enough time to discuss things. I feel like it left my doctor to feel rushed which is bad because when I go to the doctor, I need them to be able to take their time to explain things to me. Also, I dont know many people who can afford multiple doctor visits really often simply because they only have time to cover one or two things at a time. Thats the downside.
The upside is my doctor is probably the most caring one I've got. Ive been seeing the same one for over 10 years.

It is an excellent clinic, but your new regulations requiring PCP givers to only have 20 minutes is totally reducing lack of care to the patient. Shame on you. !!!
