Was a good place to work out but since it has moved to the new building, it is extremely crowded. The treadmills are touching and there is no where to do any mat workouts. They have a space next door that was suppose to be the other half of the gym but they use it for parties on the weekends instead. I wouldn't mind it but now members aren't even allowed to use it to workout in during the week when the space isn't being used anymore. They also constantly have the heater on. I have donated 2 large fans but it just circulates hot air.

They have decent prices, friendly environment, and not really crowded. They have an array of equipment for use. The only reason for a 4 star is some equipment don't work and there is not always someone there to help.

It was almost empty and we were everywhere and it was easy ?same deal. The bike I rode was broke for a very long time

Awesome! I am going to go back for another round of exercise because I am getting ready to get toned up and try to lose more weight because the owner said that I would lose more weight!

The gym is the best and I don't train with a trainer anymore they are still very helpful
