Nurse Jessica (with all the tattoos) has been great! She was cracking jokes and being very personable with us, while still maintaining professionalism and explaining things thoroughly for us:) Definitely put us at ease and offered accommodation after accommodation (water, blanket, etc.) to make sure our stay was comfortable. 10/10 best nurse I’ve interacted with here!! Somebody give her a raise

I am so thankful that we have Saint Mary's in our community! I was treated at the ER after a fall with possible head/neck trauma, and I cannot say enough good things about the staff that took care of me. They were quick, attentive, caring, thorough, and so compassionate as they worked to rule out any significant trauma. It is a scary experience, being in a possible trauma situation, and they kept me calm and informed during my entire stay. I cannot call out certain people by name because everyone, from the ED staff to registration to radiology staff to the young lady who came in to restock the cabinets, was fantastic. Thank you Saint Mary's for the great care.

This was my second time to deliver at Saint Mary’s & the second was just as perfect as the first! Dr. Escue was my OB throughout both pregnancies & delivered both of my girls. I couldn’t thank him enough for the amazing care he gave me through the years! My nurses were absolutely incredible & I still keep contact with some of them to this day. They treated me like family & gave me the absolute best care. Haley Jacobs, Buffy Morris, Brea Strohaker, Kaylee Wolfe, Jane Goodman, Nicole Sweet & Yuritsi Ceballos Ramirez, I can not thank these wonderful women enough! As a scared first time mom & a nervous second time mom I could not have asked for better nurses who talked me through every step and made sure I was well taken care of. Both times my girls heart rates had dropped & my nurses were quick to put me on oxygen & get them situated to correct their heart rate. They were all quick on their feet to make sure my girls were healthy & for that I am forever grateful for the amazing care at Saint Mary’s. Hudsyn is almost 2 & Lennyn is 3 weeks old ?

I've got to take just a minute to thank these folks at St. Mary's. for their absolutely exceptional care!!! I had an appendectomy on 9-30-2024. They've had a change of staffing, and they have been so great! I've never had the best experiences at this hospital. I can't thank these folks enough for how good they have been to me! They've been so kind to me, my fiance, and my Mom. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart!!!

This hospital is such a joke!! I thought West Plains MO was bad but Russellville is 10x worse. When I was passing out from giving plasma the ambulance service was great but the ER is Sorry! Dr. Simmons was very unsure of his medical responses. I gave myself more answers by looking up on Google then getting info from him. If you want to live, DON'T GO TO SAINT MARY'S!!!!!!

I was so pleased with how the staff and nurses treated me during my stay following my hip replacement surgery. Everyone was so attentive and friendly. I felt like I was truly cared for by ALL the nurses and CNAs They took care of me like I was truly important.

I do not have enough good things to say about Saint Mary’s OBGYN team. I received great prenatal care with Dr. Nelson who always spent time educating me and ensuring I was comfortable throughout my pregnancy. I experienced an unexpected and rare obstetric emergency that required a stat c-section on a Sunday evening when I was only 32 weeks pregnant. Dr. Clark, the on call OB, walked through the door, looked at me, and took immediate action that saved our baby’s life. I required additional surgery following the delivery, and Dr. Clark reached out to Dr. Escue to come assist her to ensure I had the best outcome possible.

The nursery nurses and Dr. Masters took great care of our baby until AR Children’s Hospital arrived. The nurses in labor and delivery went above and beyond taking care of all my physical and emotional needs during my stay postpartum as I recovered.

Dr. Nelson has taken phenomenal care of me postpartum and truly cares about all of my concerns. I am forever grateful to Dr. Clark, Dr. Escue, Dr. Nelson, and Dr. Masters as well as all the great nurses at Saint Mary’s L&D.

When I prayed for a safe delivery and healthy baby, God answered that prayer in so many ways. One way was with this amazing team at Saint Mary’s. They are a huge part of one of my favorite journeys in life so far — becoming a mom!

Getting a mammogram screening at Saint Mary’s was so great! Brandi was so professional and attentive with the questions I had. The ladies at outpatient were friendly and directed me to next steps with ease. Admitting was friendly and efficient. The entire experience was wonderful! It took 10 minutes and I was able to do it on my lunch break.
