I frequented PV Pet eatery a long time ago but took a break after my sweet Maia (dog) passed away. I now have a new dog, and i’m back! The customer service at the store is great and everyone is very helpful. My dog is a super chewer but I found the best toys and treats for him at PV Pets. I wish I didn’t have to spend as much money at the store but it’s better than buying new furniture every other week!

PVPE has been our go to for over 15 years. The staff is extremely knowledgeable on pet health and healthy food produced especially with pets needs in mind. We never worry about suggestions on food and treats for our furry friends. We know that everything sold there is the best quality.

I was in Perk Valley for the first time today to buy dog food for my weim Charlie.. Linda helped me and answered all my questions and walked me around the store! I thought she was the owner.. she said no I am the manager and have been here 17 years.
Dedicated employees and customer service is rare these days.. Perk Valley gained a customer today 😉

I recommend this store to all of my friends with pets, problematic or not. The people at this store have been more helpful than my vet with my dogs. All of the workers I have talked to are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and genuine. I would like to specifically give a shout out to Valerie for her help with my dogs who went through three months of digestive issues last year. The vets had no idea what was happening and were not very helpful in helping me solve it. After three months of on and off diarrhea, chicken and rice, several fecal tests, anti diarrhea pills and probiotics, I went to the Pet Eatery to see if anybody had any ideas, and Valerie recommended I try Nulo dog food. After less than 24 hours on this food my dogs had the most normal bowel movements they’d had in months. Thank you PVPE team and specifically Valerie, I owe you my sanity!!

my dog and I always enjoy our trips to perk valley pet eatery! The staff is always extremely nice and knowledgeable. My dog isn’t great with strangers and they always make sure to give her space and ask if they can throw her a treat. It’s the one place we can go and I know my dog will not be overwhelmed. And we always find something good! They have so many awesome brands of food and treats that you will not find at name brand stores. The staff is extremely accommodating and kind and the store is always very clean!

I've been going here for years with my dog. Everyone who works here has been so amazingly kind and helpful!! Tons of variety. They have such great healthy foods and treats that you can't find at chain stores. Prices are good. Lots of unique toys and other products too! Good sales/coupons/special events. Best pet store I've ever experienced!!!
