Hands down Steelton Family Practice and Wellness Center is amazing. Dr. Shaihk is the best. The best. He listens to you and your concerns. He explains everything very well. He always has encouraging things to say and believes in you. And the others in the doctor’s office are wonderful.

Just called trying to schedule an appointment for my mother. It had been over a year and it seems I may have gotten the practice mixed up with another. However, the person on the line with me was very rude and hung up immediately after saying there were two practices and did not help redirect or check to see if my mother could be seen with them. Do no suggest them for their lack of care and impolite service!

Been calling since 7am to reschedule my appointment no one answers the phone. 16 phone calls and still no answer all I get is a answer machine that says there busy.

It is difficult to communicate with them, they do not answer the phone, the doctor when he checks your ears with what he puts inside your ear, he comes back and hooks it dirty and uses it on other people.
