Worst experience at a pharmacy ever! Transferred prescriptions from another pharmacy. Publix told me they requested the transfer but that the other pharmacy didn’t respond. Called the other pharmacy. Transfer was sent and received. Went back to Publix, now they say it was received but they didn’t fill it even though I was very clear that I was out of my medication. Finally I got it filled but had to wait 30 min. Associates were not helpful or friendly. This is the 2nd bad experience I’ve had at this location. I was willing to give them another chance and they blew it!

Pharmacy Tech Nicole was very rude. I had a copay card for my husbands prescription and I was going to give her that info when I got to the counter. I waited my turn in line, I was third. I get to the counter and I give her the copay card info and she tells me that I should’ve called ahead or dropped it by earlier because now I was holding up her line. So unprofessional.

Had Rx for 3 days.....pick up told would be 30 minutes....a hour later I was still waiting. This was not a one time incident has jappened to us often. If Walgreens took husbands insurance would not fool with Publix pharmacy. By the way Publix is my favorite grocery store.

Be aware of the pharmacist named Jackie Carranza. She is egotistic and will challenge prescriptions written by your heath care provider. She will play doctor and will attempt to diagnose your condition. She asked personal questions from health to family to travel etc. So much more. I will be contacting the Florida Board of Pharmacy regarding her conduct.
