IcePass provides an excellent service! As a person with a circulatory disorder, sauna access is a total game changer. What's great is that you can basically roll up whenever, and sign in and get to use the sauna/plunge. That five minute notice is huge for me. The staff is also super nice and helpful.

IcePass is such an awesome place. I know there are so many health benefits to the contrast therapy but honestly the reason I keep coming back is because of what it does to my mood. There’s really nothing like it and I feel great! I love that you can go to any location with a membership. Very convenient.

The first time I ever tried a cold plunge was with Aryan (IcePass). It was the most invigorating experience. They were super supportive and it was very empowering for me. It was a reminder for me that I’m a warrior and can do hard things! Huge fan of Icepass. I love going there for the plunge but also the social aspect. I’ve made a lot of friends from regularly going and the staff does a great job of making it a community. Highly recommend for anyone into cold plunging that also wants to have fun and meet people in the process.

You go for the Sauna and Plunge, you stay for the community. So nice to hang out and meet great people who are also interested in all the benefits that come from the hot and cold components. Lucky that I also live like 2 blocks away which makes it super convenient.

Love the space and the tub is top notch. Nice shower right there to rinse off before you hop in. This is the REAL DEAL, very cold, the way it needs be to properly experience the effects. Will be building this into my regular routine.

I had such a wonderful experience with the Icepass. Such an amazing vibe, I felt so safe during the breathwork and Icebath session with all the Icepass coaches. Everyone is so helpful, a lot knowledge and so kind. Moreover, their facility is so amazingly clean and very inviting. The best experience I’ve ever had.
