I don’t like sharing my mental health issues online but if I can stop anyone who is treatment resistant from going here I will gladly share my experience. I’ve been a patient here for about 3 almost 4 years seeing James Gattis and I still have no diagnosis and he refuses to inform me of what he thinks he’s treating me for because he doesn’t know. He’s been throwing various random medications for me to try knowing they don’t work for 4 years now. My experience is very similar to many reviews I’ve read. After 3-4 years of seeing the same psychologist hoping he would better understand me as we tried various different SSRI’s, SNRI’s and antipsychotics - he has taken the time to close his ears every time I visit. Throughout seeing him - even I learned very early on with each medication feeling like a placebo that I was treatment resistant but this didn’t click for the psychologist? How many SSRI’s and SNRI’s do I need to be on while feeling suicidal and hopeless for you to understand that they are not working? If I suggest trying a medication that has worked extremely well for my family history due to the same mental health issues, why would you push that to the side for years and no even give it chance? The medication management and therapy here is so horrible and I’ve been a loyal patient wasting my time for the past 4 years. I feel more hopeless than when I started, a great place to be for someone struggling mentally, and I have each and every person there to thank.

I had an issue with one of their male psychiatric nurses and said I would prefer to be seen by a female instead. They refused to switch me over unless and until I met with the male nurse who made me uncomfortable before switching. I refused and sought treatment elsewhere. Also, one of their therapists damaged me through improper EMDR during this time, so make sure any therapist you see here knows what they are doing. I was recently advised by CPW that they do not have trauma focused therapists so I recommend going elsewhere if you need help with trauma. The front staff was nice and tried to be helpful but did not seem well trained. 2 stars because staff really tried to help and were at least responsive.

Two of the employees at CPW have been EXTREMELY KIND and HELPFUL to me.
The first is the Nurse, Misty, who does a WONDERFUL job!
Also, the receptionist, Christina, offers a smile and goodwill to all!

gave them my email to send paperwork. never got it (i even checked spam). ok, i’ll pick up the paperwork in person. filled it out and emailed it in. not a single response (it’s been over a month). thanks for making me wait for literally nothing <3 update: thanks for reaching out after reading my review, but I’ve decided to seek care elsewhere.

I am a long term patient of Dr Fiori and in my review I failed to mention others T CPW who are so kind, patient and kind. I want to recognize Dr Fiori nurse Misty as such a very compassionate nurse who is really on the job. Thank you Misty for all you do! I would again recommend Dr Fiori and her nurse Misty to anyone needing help with what seems like a desperate situation if you are needing a caring Dr and nurse please please try them. Discriminates against a medical marijuana license, when I clearly still struggle with PTSD. Prescribed benzodiazepines when I have a history of substance abuse. Because I canceled any further appointments with James Gattis, they would not let me reschedule with any other psychiatrist in the office. 0 stars. ⭐️

I had an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with the receptionist at this office. Despite my polite attempts to ask questions and seek assistance, I was met with rudeness and a complete lack of willingness to help. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times, but was consistently ignored and eventually hung up on. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the professionalism of this establishment. I will be filing a formal complaint to ensure that others don't have to endure the same disrespect. I see now why this place has such a low rating, I was referred by my doctor but I won’t be using them. We seek assistance for mental health issues and this definitely didn’t help my condition only worsened it to the point of debilitating!
