I was getting my medications from them and one of the employees told me that they weren't making enough money off me and I would have to find another pharmacy so I have moved on. However Refill pharmacy was great prior to this new pharmacy 986 which just took over with in the last month. I have insurance and my insurance has them on the list but they said they needed me to pay cash for all my meds that's why I have insurance so I don't have to pay out of pocket for my medications.

As always the pharmacy delivered my medication because I live on the opposite side of town as them! The driver as always was extremely kind and very helpful! People always ask me why I use a pharmacy on the other side of town when it is so much easier to use one near my house but, as I always explain to them 986 Pharmacy did me a tremendous service by getting all of my prior authorizations taken care of almost every time the same day and they have always been an amazing pharmacy with kind people and excellent customer service! The best pharmacy that I have ever used in Las Vegas, NV! Thank you so much for everything 986 pharmacy and your wonderful staff!

Excellent service by Tiffany and Jay in working w me to get my pre-surgery-op meds squared away and approved by a reluctant prescription plan. Free delivery to my home in a gated community within 5 minutes of estimated time by a very courteous driver. If compared to other pharms used in the past, I’d give six stars if possible!
