When l first start my prescription here they were wonderful with excellent customer service. However; as the years went by the service went down hill. First they charged my debit card twice for the same medicine, Secondly, l put my debit card on file and someone authorized my debit card to pay for my prescription without my permission and delivered my prescription. Now, my bank tells me that they receive alot of complaints from customer being overcharging by 986 Pharmacy so the bank has put the on a watchlist. So always keep an eye out on your charges. I do not have my prescription filled here any longer. Lesson learned.

MARI' is the best manager and cares about her patients. She's knowledgeable, professional, engaging, goes the extra mile and solves your problem. She literally saved my life twice. I will always be indebted to her! John is the master of head pharmacists and is brilliant as well as efficient. He takes time out to explain the meds and listens to your concerns. The rest, like Kata, Hilario, Kevin, Tiffany, Stephanie etc. are always ready to get your meds in a timely matter; after all, your health is the most important, and in times of life and death, 986 will save your life! We have been using this pharmacy since right after they opened several years ago. When I call or go into the pharmacy, I'm greeted by name which is very nice. The entire staff is so friendly and so knowledgeable. I have moved even my mail order prescriptions to this pharmacy. Cannot say enough good things. They are great

This pharmacy is by far the most convenient, helpful, and makes getting my prescription’s from various Doctor’s a simple experience. All the pharmacy assistant’s are very friendly, and go above and beyond to do the difficult task of contacting and faxing Doctor’s etc. The professional Pharmacist’s also make themselves available to explain medications and help customer’s on anything and everything. Lines are always short, and there is even a delivery ? service! It’s the perfect pharmacy to meet anyone’s needs! I’ve had nothing but positive experiences over the past several years.

Updating my review two yrs ago. The staff are friendly. Staff are smart & quick They know how to address our urgent needs. One most recent crisis situation that they handled impressively well, Happened a month ago: My elderly mother needs to be started on antibiotics on a Holiday weekend. The Doctors order did not come through. They called the PCP’s personal phone number at 5:20 PM friday, before the holiday, clinic is already closed. They got the Doctors order, able to process it. What impressed me is that they still called me up at 6:06 PM (the pharmacy is supposed to have been closed), to assure me that they were able to process the order. I’m able to pick up the antibiotics the following day, Saturday. They go extra mile to deliver the much needed service.
Also, their delivery service is fabulous although I just used the delivery service once. I usually pick up my mothers medications. It is very reassuring to have a reliable Pharmacy of this kind in our community.

I'm updating my review. This is still the best pharmacy I've ever had. They always know my name when I come in! They are amazing! After years of going to Walgreens and CVS pharmacies in Pomona, I was conditioned to accept long wait times in line and attitudes from employees. They had a couple of nice people, I'm not saying they were all bad, but CVS was the worse. Once while waiting at Walgreens 3 employees got off work. At 5 PM during their rush time because their corporate doesn't allow overtime and doesn't schedule for that. I waited to just pick up for 15 minutes. Frequently both pharmacies had my meds out of alphabetical order and couldn't find them. One CVS pharmacist was so rude to me I just didn't go back. I have so many bad stories about these two stores.
986 is friendly, fast, and carries my meds so I don't have to use the big chains. They might be small but they have a large inventory. Make the change to a company who cares.
