Went to this 7-11 this morning and none of the coffee machines were working. I decided to try the ice coffee, mocha flavor. I took a drink and the milk was sour. It was very nasty and not acceptable. The employees are not keeping the store maintained nor are they checking expiration dates. Will never go back here.

THIS OWNER RESPONDS TO EVERYONE WHO HAS A NEGATIVE REVIEW WITH A FAKE EMAIL. SUCH COWARDICE ACT. I SUPPOSE TO SHOW HE IS ATTEMPTING TO RECONCILE WHEN LIKELY THE MAJORITY OF THESE ISSUES INCLUDING MINE WILL GO UNRESOLVED. ANYONE WHO HAS AN ISSUE WITH THIS STORE PLEASE DIRECT THEM TO SAM. HE IS ONE OF THE MANAGERS AT THIS LOCATION. This review is directed to SAM. I was denied a refund for two 12 packs of Coca Cola. I originally purchased them in the morning for a Super Bowl potluck at work. I got to work and there were already a lot of drinks so I decided to return them after work. It was literally 8 hours. I had the receipt. The attendant called SAM and he denied me without any hesitation didn’t ask the condition of the product, he didn’t even want to follow up with me. The guy didn’t even hesitate he just said no. Well here’s what you get Sam, thanks for not being accommodating. I don’t quite understand why I was denied. So hopefully you understand why you are getting this review on here and on Yelp.

Employees are super rude, they don't want to help you with anything and they respond to you very rudely and aggressive. I went earlier today and they didn't have any cups for the drinks and when I asked for assistance, the employee came up to me and said, "what do you want" with an attitude as if it weren't her job to help out the customers. And when I was getting my card out to pay the cashier raised her voice at me and told me that the system was down as if I was just supposed to know that. There was no sign that said the system was down so how was i supposed to know that.

I went to this location on July10 to redeem my free slurpee and was told by the girl behind the counter that they weren't able to scan for the free slurpee. This is not the first time this has happened at this location in fact It happened last year as well which makes me think maybe they don't want to honor the deal.So instead I walked out the door without the drink and left it on the counter

Super nice guys here. My son's friend was getting the iced coffee and it ran out. One of the guys took the box out of the machine and filled up the rest of his cup. Great customer service. Fair prices also on my 52 oz refill, and my son's 110 oz Slurpie refill - the prices were posted and accurate.

I went to this 7-Eleven today 4/15/21 @ 3:00pm. The lady that checked me out was wearing her mask on her chin I asked her why she wasn't wearing her mask properly she gave me a dirty look and pulled up the mask which didn't cover hear noise. When I walked out I looked back and she pulled it down on her chin again. She is a REALLY Bad Face for this 7-Eleven. I lost family members to Covid 19.I come to this 7-Eleven often and I'm a business owner in this area. It is my hopes that the owners of this 7-Eleven have a talk with this employee.

As of lately the store is a mess, and unorganized they rarely have anything in stock for the fresh items like coffee and creamer, they haven't mastered the delivery option and will take and fill those orders while literally dozens of customers stand in line and wait it's frustrating
